- Please either telephone or email your request for advice or a house removals. We are interested in being of help – listening to your moving requirements and providing advice, rather than giving you the hard sell.

This involves sending a surveyor to your home at an agreed time/day, who will spend about 20-30 minutes with you to discuss your move requirements and to then assess the nature and volume of your effects. We’ll try our best to answer all your questions and even pre-empt those you don’t!
- Quotation: Housleys will provide you with a fixed price, written house removals quotation. This will be either emailed or posted to you.

Do you do a packing service?
Can you dismantle furniture?
Yes we can. Our house removals team can dismantle beds, wardrobes, cupboards etc. and also re-assemble at destination.
Do you provide insurance?
Our house removals quotations always include insurance/liability cover. They are automatically generated to cover up to £50,000, but we can increase this to your desired amount. We also provide individual cover for specific high value items such as fine art, antiquities etc.
Do you cover the carpets
Are your staff CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checked
All our house removals staff are security vetted, and subject to the new version of CRB checks, which is the DBS (Disclosure Barring Service).
